Remember to insulate your outside water spigots! Freezing weather is coming and you don’t want to have frozen pipes. If you have a crawl space remember to close those vents, so all the cold air doesn’t come in. Brr… I’m ready for spring already:)

Home inspections
Should you get a home inspection? Yes! Even on new construction? Yes! When you are walking through a home you might miss something. It’s important to know what works and doesn’t work so you are prepared. Some things may be minor, but it’s always better to know what you’re getting!
Gutters
Do you have gutters on your home? If so, remember they need to be checked! It’s one of those maintenance items I tend to have to remind myself of. Moisture around the foundation of your home is never good. This is a do it yourself (be careful) or call me to recommend a professional!
