My husband and I are over 70 and this was the first house we have sold. We had the pleasure of having Alivia Scarborough as our Realtor. I cannot tell you it was a pleasure working with her. She has a fantastic personality and she was very patient with us no matter how many times we called her she was very patient. We live in Salem NH and she was willing to pack up our belongings for us.I would highly recommend her . She is a. Beautiful person she always is happy when you see her or talk to her and had a smile on her face. She gave us her undivided attention. She crosses all the T-S and dots all the I-S. And makes you feel comfortable through the whole process. Our only regret we don’t have another house to sell down there.
